Does my dog need training?

We hear it ALL THE TIME:
"Does my dog need training?"
Generally, this question is followed by a self-limiting belief:
"My dog is too [old, young, dumb, "bad," you name it] for training."
Au contraire! The reality is all dogs can benefit from training in the same way that all humans can benefit from therapy or fitness classes. There is always more to learn — and no, you're not too [old, young, dumb, "bad"] to learn. Even athletes have coaches.
Basic obedience will make your life better.
Achieving a basic level of obedience will improve the life of everyone in your home. We highly recommend that, at a minimum, all dogs earn their CGC, but there's no need to stop there.
We'll get a list of your end goals and tweak the material to your needs.
We aim to establish a system that helps you reach your goals.
There are certain things you'll learn no matter what: stay, come, sit, down — the basics. But how those things are applied depends on your end goals.
