AKC Fetch
We host AKC Fetch events in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Our Fetch Events
We aim to remove the sitting around and cutthroat nature that too many dog events have.
When you sign up, you will receive your 15 minute run-time window. You only need to be present for this time (no need to sit around all day — unless you want to!)
But make sure you stick around long enough to enjoy some free street tacos.
If you have any questions or concerns, please text Hannah 801.503.8352. We are happy to talk you through any concerns. We know dog sports can be daunting and confusing to get into.
Run Times
Levels will run in reverse order, with Retriever first, then Advanced, then Intermediate, then Novice. This lets the more difficult runs to be done in lower temperatures.
We will have a kiddie pool or two for the dogs.
You will receive one run time. Typically you'd go from one judge straight to the next judge, however, if it is very hot, please take time to cool your dog off before you go to the second judge. You are responsible for making sure your dog doesn't overheat.

AKC Fetch Events
AKC Fetch titles were created as another activity in which owners could have fun with their dogs in the AKC Family Dog Program. Earning AKC Fetch titles provides opportunities for both physical and mental exercise.
While some dogs are natural retrievers, AKC Fetch, especially at the advanced levels, will involve teaching new skills such as retrieving.
